Not a big surprise to me to see a steady decline in their numbers.
As you can see for yourself these numbers are quite a bit ▼ lower ▼ than the average 4.5 - 4.8 Stars that most of the 'automotive industry' review sites like to show you about Glenbrook Hyundai. I provided the links for these websites to prove to you that I am not just making up numbers here.
One or the other, it's a shithole either way!
At least the remodel finally updated the building to the proper color!

So as you can see by the numbers here, it is a good idea to do plenty of research. It is also a good idea not put too much stock in the 'automotive industry' reviews. After all, their only job is to sell the cars and make themselves look good. Always check third party websites!
Many companies like Glenbrook Hyundai that do get a bad review will often times contact the person and offer them products or services to make them happy. Once the customer seems to have a better opinion of the company they will offer to send them a new link and request that the customer 'retake' the survey. Deception? Corruption? You decide for yourself. Can you really trust any of these star reviews that people leave anywhere? Are they actually even real?

I have known people in the past that actually paid their family and friends $100 each, or more, to leave raving reviews about them and/or the company they work for. I have no faith in these 5 star reviews at all. It is ALL a con game to deceive the customer.
In my opinion the car sales business is a corrupt, obsolete practice and needs a major overhaul.
Hyundai has a reputation for harassment, just do a Google search for 'hyundai harassment' and see for yourself. Pages of complaints and lawsuits.
Here is a link to contact the state of Indiana and file a formal complaint against a dealership.
