Glenbrook Hyundai - Third Party Review Site
I drove the shuttle for 6 1/2 years and I have heard plenty of horror stories.
However if I talk about them that is hearsay, but I would love to share your story.

Glenbrook Hyindai has always practiced bad business etiquette, in regards to customer satisfaction and customer retention. It's all about getting everything they can from every customer they "help". They practice horrible business ethics in regards to their staff and the treatment of them. They take care of the people that make them money, but they lack morals. They allow rapid drug use on shop time, which is fundamentally horrible as a business of this type. Very poor treatment of employees and customers alike. Their are some good people there, but as a whole it's corrupt
