They love to throw this two-word phrase around so they seem innocent of their own crimes. I have a few two-word phrases I can use as well. Even better ones!


Age Discrimination. I was in my 50's and being harassed by people in their 20's.

Ethnic Discrimination. I am of German descent and I was being referred to as the "Parking Lot NAZI".

Racial Discrimination. The majority of harassment directed against me came from one younger person in the sales department of another racial background.

Emotional Distress. Years of being tormented and harassed (in person and online) by certain people in the sales department AND upper management.

Cyber Crimes. Employees being stalked and harassed on their social media accounts by other employees as well as management.

Drug abuse. Rampant drug abuse, and sales, throughout the company - up to and including management.

Criminal Activities. Management allowing multiple crimes to continue to take place on company property on a daily basis.

Employer negligence. This whole blog explains that on a multitude of levels along with their Breach Of Duty.

Non Compliance. Hyundai Motor Company Non-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy last edited 6-30-2022. Completely ignoring corporate policies.


So many crimes allowed to continue daily by owners and upper management.


I actually liked my job at Glenbrook Hyundai, my boss and the work I did. I worked for the service department while helping out the parts department and yes, even the sales department. I also ran errands for the back office. I helped many people around the business and had no major complaints other than the ongoing harassment from the sales department.

It was after years of this continued behavior and negligence - because Management, the General Manager/Part Owner, HR and even the Controller would not do anything about it - that I became disgusted with my job.

The straw that broke the camel's back was when I proved - without a doubt - who was harassing me and it went completely ignored, Mr. Gentbrook. Except for the fact that they were now looking for a reason to fire me instead of the person I proved was harassing me.

I made a post on FB complaining about my treatment and the ongoing crimes while calling out sales management and the General Manager/Part Owner and I was fired for it. I gave them the reason because I was too stubborn to give them the satisfaction of quitting my job. I was hoping that they would finally do the right thing, although I was pretty sure they wouldn't, because they never do. I actually planned on working there until I retired but a person can only take so much abuse.

So, there is a short story about yet another one of Glenbrook Hyundai's so called 'disgruntled employees' and why this entire blog exists in the first place. Say what you want, I could care less! After all the BS I had to put up with for years at Glenbrook Hyundai, whatever you have to say to me really doesn't matter.


They kept rattling the cage for years and laughing - but then they opened the door.

Glenbrook Hyundai - Drug Testing Discrimination

  Glenbrook Hyundai Drug abuse and employee testing discrimination. Uses targeted drug testing as a means for termination of certain employees. Yet other employees selling and working on cars are on drugs every day. The sales department has turned the back shop into their smoking and drug lounge. MORE DISCRIMINATION The entire time I worked for Glenbrook Hyundai they never had a drug testing policy per se. They only use targeted drug testing to terminate the employment of certain people they do not like or simply just want to get rid of them. Glenbrook Hyundai - Work Experience Facebook Shutdown

  Glenbrook Hyundai After years of ongoing stalking and harassment I have had enough! Due to threatening messages in my inbox and constant stalking and harassment by reporting my posts on my personal Facebook page, I have shut those pages down. 1st was the awareness page I created. My Facebook page named 'Glenbrook Hyundai Work Experience' was growing and bringing people together. Many having the same or very similar experience as me when dealing with the Glenbrook Automotive Group. Many former employees as well as a large number of former customers had multiple complaints and it seems this behavior has been going on for many years. Not just Glenbrook Hyundai but several of the dealerships under the Glenbrook Automotive Group. Facebook was even promoting and advertising my page, at no expense to me, because of the audience and their involvement talking about past experiences and bringing people together on the site.
