After hearing countless complaints, about sales as well as service "issues", and having so many people ask me what they can do or where they can go to get help I decided to add this page to try and help as many of you as I can.
Some of these links are federal and will work for any state. Some are local to Indiana or even just Fort Wayne. If you are outside of Indiana check with your states Attorney General and/or Secretary Of State for help.
You can use one or more of the following links to report sales or service "issues". Using multiple sources might be beneficial and help resolve things faster. And as my father taught me, 'Drown Them In Paperwork'. You can NEVER have enough evidence!
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) handles deceptive advertising, hidden document fees, "bait-and-switch" pricing, "ghost cars", warranty violations and illegal add-ons. Report them to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/assistant
- Indiana Attorney General and/or FTC for unwanted phone calls.
Are you on the Indiana do not call list? The national do not call list? Both? Has it been more than 18 months since you have done business with them? Have you told them to stop calling and harassing you? They are probably breaking the law! You can report them at one or both of the following links: Indiana Attorney General at https://www.in.gov/.../consume.../do-not-calltext-complaint/ - FTC at https://www.donotcall.gov/
- U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Have you been harassed at work or discriminated against? Here is the place to file a formal complaint against your boss and/or company. Race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, you have rights and should stand up for yourself! Stop the corruption and criminal activity, protect yourself and your sanity. You have up to 180 days (6 months) after the incident so don't wait! File at https://www.eeoc.gov/field-office/indianapolis/location
- Hyundai Motor America Contact the Hyundai Customer Care Center at (855) 671-3059 to escalate concerns about the vehicle or dealership practices to the corporate level. If that does not work you may contact Hyundai Consumer Affairs at (800) 633-5151 or vist their website Hyundai Customer Connect Center at https://owners.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/contact-us/create-new-case
This blog is a summary of what I went through, how I was treated and what I learned about how they operate the car dealership. I have also gathered information on how to report the crimes that many of you used to ask me for help with. Since I no longer work for this trash I have included links on all my pages here to help you.
