Report Car Dealer Crimes
After hearing countless customer complaints about sales "issues" as well as service "issues" while working for Glenbrook Hyundai and having so many people ask me what they can do or where they can go to get help, I decided to add this page to try and help as many of you as I can.
Some of these links are federal and will work for any state, some are local to Indiana. If you are outside of Indiana check with your states Attorney General and/or Secretary Of State for help.
You can use one or more of the following links to report sales or service "issues" at Glenbrook Hyundai or any other car dealership. Using multiple sources might be beneficial and help resolve things faster. And as my father taught me, 'Drown Them In Paperwork'. You can NEVER have enough evidence!

- Indiana Secretary Of State This division regulates dealership licenses and investigates title non-delivery, fraud and licensing violations. File a formal complaint at https://dealers.sos.in.gov/Complaint/Complainant
- Indiana Attorney General to investigate repair practices or deceptive sales at the service department. File a 'Consumer Complaint' with the IAG at https://www.in.gov/attorneygeneral/consumer-protection-division/file-a-complaint/
- Better Business Bureau (BBB) tracks complaints against local businesses and can help mediate a resolution at https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint
- Indiana Attorney General and/or FTC for unwanted phone calls.
Have you told them to stop calling and harassing you? Are you on the Indiana do not call list? The national do not call list? They are probably breaking the law! - U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Have you been harassed at work or discriminated against? Here is the place to file a formal complaint against your boss and/or company. Race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, you have rights and should stand up for yourself! Stop the corruption and criminal activity, protect yourself and your sanity.
